Ayurvedic Medical Organization (AMO) is a social organization formally registered as a Trust at Sub-Registrar, Kamrup (Metro) District of Assam. For the promotion and propagation of AYURVEDA and the overall development of the Holistic Health care scenario "Ayurvedic Medical Organization (AMO)" has been formed by the Ayurvedic Doctors and students of Assam.

For the welfare of society, AMO undertakes various social activities like organizing free Health check-ups and awareness camps, Seminars / CME/ Workshops, etc. involving all people for the motto of creating जन संदेश, जन भागीदारी, जन आंदोलन for जन आरोग्य.

AMO has played a vital role in disseminating the virtues of Ayurveda in society through a series of free health check-ups and awareness camps, CMEs, and workshops/ seminars on various occasions. AMO also plays an instrumental role in the overall development of Ayurveda in Assam through important suggestions at various Government levels from time to time.
